I ordered a replacement water filter which arrived promptly and then wanted to install it. I discovered that the original installation by a private “plumber” had been done incorrectly with the wrong size of fittings. I spoke to John Thompson at New a World who was very helpful and patient and suggested an outcome which involved him sending me different fittings which were sent same day by first class post and enabled me to reinstate the filter within two minutes of opening the package. This was an example of excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend New World Bathrooms.
We are very happy with the smart toilet and spa corner bath that we bought. These products are not only beautifully designed but also bring healthy treatments that you can get in expensive SPA places to your home. Highly recommended products!
Why is this company still trading? New World Bathrooms is a rip-off company. I purchased two bathroom units at the ideal home exhibition for a house refurbishment that had not started. I said to the salesman that we were not ready to take delivery of the units and he said that was no problem, and that we could take delivery of the units when we were ready. However, once we had paid in full for the two bathroom units the company kept calling us asking us when we could take delivery of the units. At that time, we were still not ready so New World Bathrooms sold our units onto another customer because the product was discontinued after 6 months of purchasing the units. The salesman failed to tell us that orders cannot be cancelled if the goods were purchased at the ideal home exhibition. So if you go home and the item does not fit, they will not refund your money. The salesman will do and say anything for a sale. In the end, New World bathrooms kept 3900 of our money, and we never received the bathroom units, and it was money we could not afford to give away. This is a despicable and disgraceful company and no one should buy goods from them. I can’t believe that they can keep our money for goods we never received. Please avoid New World Bathrooms at all costs. The ideal home exhibition should not allow this company to trade at the exhibition.
Fabulous service from the guys at New World Bathrooms. We purchased a new shower, shower tray, door and all the fittings. Arranged the installation through their sales team and all was fitted promptly and to a high standard. Really pleased with the end result. Thanks guys!
