This is my home branch, two months back i have requested for one service related to my saving account limit. For that they made me to visit 3 time at their branch because they were not able to update that and requested me to give the good feedback as i will receive the feedback call from customer care. Now the second incident, i went to deposit the cheque on 13 th aug and one of their counter staff said ma'am drop this into the drop box. That is my mistake i should not listen to him and i dropped it into that box. on 16th aug i received one msg that cheque has been returned because of name miss match but my cheque and my account name was same, i don't know why they did this to me and after 12 days when i did not receive the cheque. Today they are saying, cheque has been delivered to me which i have not received yet. Now they are free from their duties and their swift couerier service provider is also not reponding, this is a huge loss for me because of ICICI Bank Dilshad Colony's Staff. Such a pathetic service from ICICI bank was not expected....
