ID card service center is SLOW ! I waited 2.5 hours just to reset my CAC. Some people were waiting longer. Phone went straight to voicemail, only one person in the office. For such an award winning logistics facility to have poorly staffed service centers is surprising. The rest of the Post is totally amazing ! !
