Went in just wanting to see what options I had for my upcoming expiring lease, not thinking I would leave with a new car that day. Laura made it happen for me! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and if she happened to not know something off the top of her head, she would go find out for me right away. Very hospitable and fun to deal with! Colby and Bobby were also fantastic and made me feel very comfortable. I spoke with another gentleman when I first arrived and I didn't get his name, but he was also a great guy and helped put my mind at ease about a snag we hit in the process. Overall it was a great, easy experience. and I look forward to doing business with them again!

I and my wife called Jordan Smiley at Preston Chrysler for Jeep that they were selling, found it online and we definitely had a five-star experience with this salesperson and this dealership from start to finish, Jordan was upfront with us from start to finish, and so was the finance person, we drove an extended period to go to this dealership due to them being very honest with us upfront on the phone, they had what we wanted, they had what they advertised, unlike other dealers, they even had it sitting out front ready to go when we arrived, without them knowing if we were going to buy or not,, that is five star service,, I am, and my wife would definitely recommend this dealership and this salesman to everyone.
