Best experience I’ve ever had with a car salesman. I worked with Bobby Brooks and from taking his time to show me his complete inventory of vehicles within my price range to being an awesome laid back professional, he eased the anxiety that comes with such a big purchase. I truly felt at home at Baker and wouldn’t want to do business anywhere else. Also, Mike sat me down during the financing process and explained what he was doing each step of the way finding a lender who suited my needs best. Lastly, Vicky processed my paperwork, payment, and trade-in in a timely fashion while explaining each document I was signing to put me at ease. Incredible, fair people at Baker Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Would certainly recommend them.

I have wanted a Jeep Wrangler since I was probably 16 years old... referred to Baker by a close friend who works there and my sales rep, Camille, and I hit it off from the introduction. Car shopping is rarely pleasant so the number one thing I look for in a dealership and especially a sales rep is integrity. That is what I found in Camille. She is diligent, persistent but caring, and worked with me to get me my pick and a fair price... loved the family feel and everyone I met was friendly and made my feel like I was part of the family. I love my Firecracker Red Wrangler Sahara and not only do I recommend Baker but will be back in a few years for my next Wrangler!! Oh, and ask for the Lady!

I had a perfect experience working with Ms( Mrs) ?Mandas. I hadn’t planned on trading my car in a year early but she changed my mind. I am very happy with my new car & I am glad I responded to her. I started the buying process over the phone and spoke to sales associate Maria. She was very knowledgable and made sure all my questions were answered. She looked for the best deal for me according to the make/model I wanted, color and features. Maria did all the running around from bringing the cars around for me to see and drive, to explaining my options thoroughly and making sure I felt comfortable during the process. She definitely knows what excellent customer service really means! I am happy she did everything possible to get me in the car I wanted. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends

I had the most pleasant experience with this dealership typically going to dealerships is not the most fun thing to do but at baker jeep in princeton mu experience was amazing! I was able to be lucky and have Camilla and Maria help me get an amazing car, they made the process quick and painless. I called about a car in the morning came in a few hours later and thankfully was able to purchase my dream car! I definitely recommend having Camilla & Maria help you not only did they make this process easier but were both such a amazing people who go beyond being friendly and really care and love their jobs and make you feel welcomed by getting to know you while you while you are there.
