I was looking around for a truck after spending some time in the joint. So I called around and found N & S Auto Inc, and spoke to a nice gentleman by the name of Mike. Really kool dude, he was straight to the point and got me a great deal I could afford on a F-150. My tire blew a couple days after buying it from them, I called Mike and he told me to swing it threw the shop. They fixed it up with another tire in 1-2-3. Great customer service!

If I could give a negative 5 rating I would. joanna and Marco are unbelievably unprofessional. They are very inconsiderate to your time and life. If something goes wrong with them everything will get put on hold. They won’t call you , text you or anything they will just leave you clueless. They lack communication terribly. I had came to North and South Auto to put a security deposit down on a vehicle that I saw posted on Offer Up. They agreed to fix some issues the car had and to make sure it was in the best condition when I make the purchase. They had changed the date that my car was supposed to be finished and ready to be purchase on at least 6 different occasions. Then told me I was wrong when I called and asked was it finished. They constantly ignored my calls. So I looked the company up on google to try and find a different number to get in touch with someone,and the number online wasn’t in service. So that was a big red flag for me. I was so fed up and frustrated with the company to the point that I didn’t even want to do business with them anymore and told joanna to give me my money back,and she told me that I broke contract by not buying the car so she wasn’t trying to give me my full amount of my money back. She finally gave me my money back after like 3 weeks. I was working on doing a transaction with the company for at least over a month and still didn’t have a car. I have friends who came to the company looking for a car and experienced the same kind of treatment if not worse. This company is a joke don’t waste your time or your money on them.
Bad place to buy a car. , bought my son a car from there , just found out it was in a bad accident. It look good , the mileage was low , They didn’t tell us about the accident. Found out by when I wash the car at a car wash , which loose in the back tail light. That they try to fix Now water get into the Trunk of the car. Look be hind the panel in the trunk. It was so bad. Now I have to paid a guy to Seal the trunk. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THERE !!!!!
