Just got home from car purchase at Max Auto. 1. Price was fair, did a lot of research online before picking car and it was priced to sale - they also even gave us a bit more off! 2.Mickey was great! He talked to my brother day prior and when I wanted to go ahead on the deal and drive over 100 miles from Branson he came in on his day off and stayed past close to make it happen! 3.every question and text I bothered him with was answered quickly (on his day off) 4. Everyone at the dealership was nice and professional. 5. Abe in financing was very nice and was able to adjust my down payment and made the process smooth. I will list just a few things that I felt could have made it even better- whoever handles the “extra” warranty part of the sale automatically had it listed in my loan and added to total when I came in....it did catch me off guard and I feel they should definitely wait to talk to and get an ok from the customer before just adding it on......I work in sales/marketing and I understand assuming the close however I would have totally felt better about it if it wasn’t automatically on the paper work when I went to sign... however when I told Abe I didn’t want it he promptly removed it from the loan and didn’t push me which I really appreciated! He also explained the benefits of the GAP insurance and I left that one on there no problem! We just got home with the vehicle and I love it! I will say the radio isn’t working right so I will call them tomorrow about that but I got a very nice Toyota Highlander with under 100k miles limited for 17,500 which was originally listed at 17895 I believe! I will give it a few weeks then update review with how car runs and such or if I have any other info! All in all as of right now I would absolutely give them my business again... without a doubt! One of the easiest, least stressful car buying experiences I have ever had!
