I have just called Sam for the third time in about three years to come out and fix my dishwasher. With a young family, this machine gets a workout and needs some attention once in a while. I've called Sam again because he is thorough in his work, he is polite, courteous, trustworthy, gets the job done and explains what the problem is. I highly recommend him.

Have an LG washer that was not spinning properly in the final cycle. After reading these reviews decided to give Sam a call. He came over - had a look ordered a part for the machine. Came back the next day and swapped them out. Good fair price and all done in about 20 mins. He is also a lovely man. Would use again and would also recommend him.
I like skilled tradespeople who are able to explain to me what they are doing because I am curious. Sam is a polite and friendly man who was quick, clean and helpful at providing tips for maintaining appliances. I don't know that he is cheaper than other but he is certainly quality.
