We called a 5 weeks ago for a quote. Followed up twice to see when someone would come out and give estimate. A guy showed up took measurements and said they would email quote couple days. No email. My husband called back to office and the young lady said she would check on the quote. If the quote was not mailed/emailed she would have them resend. Now, 3 weeks later and haven’t heard a word. Must not need our business......

Requested quote on 4/26 and was told I would receive something within two weeks. It is now 5/27 and I haven't received anything. I've left three messages and cannot even get a call back. Keep up the great work Neff Paving, LLC.

i called Neff for 2 quotes last spring. One to repair and one to replace my driveway. After several follow-up calls, Neff’s quote finally came but it was very vague and lacking in details. The quote was so high and for one amount, that I thought Neff had only quoted the price to replace the entire driveway. After several more calls I finally got a call back from a fellow at Neff who ‘MANSPLAINED’ those things that their poorly written quote failed to list and that I was apparently too stupid to guess. Just getting the quote and getting return calls from Neff proved difficult and even if their price was good I started doubting whether I wanted to do business with them. Later when I showed the Neff quote to someone who is also is in the business, he thought Neff’s quote was very high for the size of my driveway so after another measuring it was apparent that Neff’’s quote overstated the size of my driveway by 25%. Seems to me that was intentional - women likely not smart enough to figure that out and making Neff’s quote more in line with the cot per square yard as their competitors. I now know that exaggeration of measurements is common in their line of work. It ups the price of the job. Later on another well known company provided two quotes - one to repair one to replace my driveway. Their quote was written in a very detailed way, correctly represented the size of my driveway, and was about 40% less than Neff’s price. To be fair, that was a year ago, but every time I see the Neff commercial on TV, it brings back bad memories. Has Neff changed their ways? Or are they just waiting for other unsuspecting females to give them a call?

Happen to see their TV ad again. Hard to provide any input, since I never received a requested quote. Spoke with a representative twice beginning April 20th and still have not received any response. I guess Neff Paving does not need new customers, or the related work.

I called on April 28 for a quote on removing and replacing 5 concrete steps. It is now June 22 and I still do not even have an estimate! I have called them 9 times over the past 7 weeks and am told each time I will get an estimate very soon. No one from Neff has ever called!
