In case you want to phone the Swansea department you will be transferred to the head office in Hong Kong they have no idea what you are saying and no understanding what gas you want. The all point having a Swansea number is that you can phone to find out what you want

Very helpful staff, I only went in to get a small butane canister (it's more set up for commercial customers really) but they were very helpful finding it all for me. They also said that it's much cheaper getting it direct from them rather than a garage as well.
