Very difficult to get any information from the staff. They speak little English and provide false departure times for boats. Go around and ask as many people as possible until you find someone willing to help and go with you and ask the boatmen who approximately know when they will leave and what their destination is.

the port waiting area is clean and air-conditioned. i cant believe that this small town have such a good quality of port even better than other big provinces. as of April 2018, they offer routes for: Naval-Cebu-Naval Naval-Maripipi Island-Naval
It's necessary but is not a very welcoming place. And I dont like most tricycle and habal drivers. They take advantage of tourists.
