Spencer and his son came and cleaned the carpets at our new house and did an amazing job, the carpets look brand new! Excellent value for money and very friendly service. Spencer accommodated our tight schedule and was able to come early Saturday morning so the carpets could be cleaned before we unpacked. He even helped us with moving heavy appliances when my pregnant wife was able to assist. Thanks team.

I can recommend this company wholeheartedly. They have cleaned and restored my Persian rug to its former glory, it looks fabulous. They use natural products and no chemicals. Very reliable, prompt communication and timekeeping and good value. We were impressed.

Good communication, and very good service for an excellent rate, especially considering the carpets were very dirty, and are now fresh and a hell of a lot cleaner. I used this company to clean all of the carpets in the house straight after completion. I opted for NCC after reading all the positive reviews online. Spencer managed to fit me in at very short notice, and he did a fantastic job. I was very surprised to see how much dirt and muck he managed to get out of the carpets. Spencer was professional, wore PPE and socially distanced the entire time. This is a great company, quotes are very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use this company again.
