My first review ever and it's because of the exceptional customer service I received when looking for storage for my car. In an age where it seems people just \show up\ to work without any concern about actually taking care of the customer, it was refreshing to have someone who listened to what I needed and provided me the best solution. On top of that, they were THE most competitive price-wise as compared to surrounding storage facilities.

Thalia was very friendly and nice. She helped me rent the right space and explained everything thoroughly. This is the best storage facility I have ever used. Everything is so clean and they have a loading area you can use to unload, which is great for the colder months coming up. The best part of this place is they have an app you can you use to come in and out, without having to use the keypad. They also have merchandise for sale. I recommend this to everyone, you won’t find a better place than this one for the price!
Really great experience! This was our first time with a storage unit and I was pleasantly surprised. Clean, organized, courteous, and inexpensive. Talia at front desk was great to work with. She checked us in and she checked us out 2 months later. We got a climate controlled AND drive up unit! Pretty difficult to find both. Ended up upgrading the size as the one we booked was a little small and the one we got ended up being perfect. Clean, epoxy floors and set to a constant 75 so no fear of electronics damage while we had our stuff there. Honestly, really pleased with the experience.
Thalia, the property manager, has exceptional customer service! The facility is very clean and units are easy to access. There is lots of parking, and this location also uses a mobile app to enter the property which is super convenient on days with bad weather. Great storage units with great customer service!
