Would have liked to give a 5 star recommendation because of the nice products and great interior but can't due to the extreme lack of service minded staff. Didn't get any help although I tried and actually asked someone was working there. Unbelievable that instore customer service isn't better. The café batista was very nice and friendly so she deserve a 5-star rating.

Great showroom, nice crew, but service is a little bit slow. Knowledge of tax refund System is poor. Car park no problem, but far from metro. Product variety is very wide. But prices are expensive.!

We are a tour group. On the morning of December 9th, the tour guide was temporarily asked to take us here. But we have scheduled a local tour guide for the next trip, so we have no much time. The service crew here were very patient to help us fill in the tax refund information, because they want us to get the tax refund completely, but we did't know the operation process here, and the tour guide neither. So our tour guide was angry at them. We apologize to the service crew for that. We all know what they went through on December 9th morning. We are so sorry. And thanks for their kindness and patience to serve us. I don't know their name, only got a business card : Dara Kalali. Thanks for their helping and sorry, that was our fault. They are so kind and patient.
