I walked into the building with a battery under my arm. Needed a new one for my K1200 GT. I paused to look at a couple bikes on the way to the parts counter and by the time I reached the counter, the girl behind the counter already had my new battery waiting for me. Impressive. I've been to this shop many times and I've always found shopping and service a pleasure.
