I would highly recommend Rafa Valero's Hatha Yoga center in the city center of Malaga. As a teacher, Rafa is very professional, passionate and attentive. Before starting yoga with Rafa 3-4 months ago, I did try different yoga centers, styles and teachers in Malaga. In particular, there are 3 aspects I personally value in Rafa and his classes. He is very knowledgeable and naturally curious: not only he has a great understanding of yoga, in its multiple areas and techniques, he has also an outstanding knowledge of human anatomy and throughout the years he has studied different disciplines, from physiotherapy and nutrition to Chinese medicine, to complement yoga by viewing \health\ from different perspectives. He is authentic: Rafa reflects in his classes both himself and his interpretation of yoga, a \yoga integral\, in which, thanks to his broad knowledge, he provides a holistic approach how to achieve overall wellness of our body and mind. He is able to help both with group classes and with individual classes: - Every group class is unique, intensive but at the same time suitable for different levels (I consider myself a beginner). During the class, he pays attention so that we perform correctly the different postures and provides solutions/posture adaptations for those who need them - Individual/private classes focus on you as an individual, based on the initial analysis of body structure & physical gesture and based on your own unique needs (body and mind) Finally, Rafa's studio is very nice, and so are the vibe and the atmosphere in his classes. It is located in the city center, but away from the noise, in one of Malaga's best central \barrios\ (in my opinion!). In summary, I am very happy about everything :)

An excellent yoga center. Very beautiful and suggestive studio. The teacher Rafa is competent, authentically kind, dedicated, gentle and attentful. He has an outstanding knowledge of human anatomy, which is not the case of all yoga teachers. He has a profound understanding of yoga wisdom and is able to share it.
Right after the first class felt in love with this place. Rafa the best yoga maestro, relaxing atmosphere and very comfortable studio. Totally recommend!
I have been doing yoga with Rafa for a couple of months and really enjoyed it. He loves what he does and you can definitely feel it during his classes. Very attentive and thoughtful. I also had a private session of massage because I had a problem with my hand and he has been very professional.
