We have used my service company for the past 8 years for furnace and water heater repair. I have always been impressed with their excellent quality of service and the way that they have gone out of their way to be kind to our family and pets while in our home. We have found that they are always prompt and fairly priced.
Really impressed with the service and agility of My Service Company in Lethbridge today. I had a tech out super quickly for a furnace that wouldn't turn on. Lachlan was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to solve the problem after quick diagnostics. On top of that he took the time to clean up and tune up the furnace a little bit. We literally just became homeowners and I was dreading the service fee for furnace repair but it was WELL worth it. I love that they tell you the cost upfront. Will definitely use them again (but hopefully don't need to anytime soon).
Called these guys a couple of times, very friendly, more than happy to help and extremely knowledgeable.
Great experience. Lach came in to fix my water heater. I asked about cost/benefit of just getting a new water heater and he let me know that we weren't there yet and fixed my existing one. He even sent a text with picture of where I needed to clean the lint filter on the heater. He also cleaned my furnace flame just because he was already there and it was a quick fix. Above and beyond and AMAZING customer service! Will use again.
