The service was excellent. I was allowed to look at the Car for as long as it took me before I made my decision any questions I had was answered. I will recommend My Next Car to anyone who is looking for a car as they have a large range of vehicles makes and models. When I went to pick up my car it was ready to drive away what more could you ask for. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

Ahmed Mashkour (AKA Adam) sold me a VERY dangerous and unroadworthy car that had been in a huge front end crash. The repair was extremely poor as I found out from a main dealer a week later. The car was not advertised as a written off car, and I asked multiple times of its history to which I was simply lied to. This MINI was only 2 years old with less than 10k on the clock, so should have had the remainder of its manufacturers warranty. However, MINI had pulled it due to this huge accident which I found out afterwards at the main dealer who carried out a health check. Cuts to all tyres exposing the cords, wheels so buckled they had cracks (That were repaired with silicone!!), front subframe bent, fuelling issues that could have been catastrophic, radiator bent and leaking fluid, the list goes on! The report was simply dangerous, and I was unable to drive the car safely without spending thousands to make it roadworthy. This is an extremely untrustworthy company. They don't care about selling you a dangerous car which could kill you or your family, profit clearly comes first. They try charging you an admin fee, but do nothing to warrant it. I had to do the V5 myself, and Ahmed supplied be NO paperwork when he handed over the car. To finish the experience, Ahmed did refund me (not the whole amount, a joke in itself) but this was only after threatening legal action. Avoid buying from this company at all costs, you can buy better quality cars elsewhere. Ahmed is simply playing at being a salesman, doesn't know what he is doing and sells dangerous vehicles.
