I bought two KRK Rokit 5 G4 acoustic monitors, and one of them is defective. I explained that one has an extra sound on certain bass tones and the other behaves well. The so-called Muziker engineers didn't pay attention to me. In other words, after the broken box arrived at the service damaged due to the courier, they blamed me for not packing the item properly. I mention that I am not aware of \properly\ packing a fragile object to travel 1500 km to Bratislava and I wrapped it in shockproof foil. In the pictures it is clear that the box was also damaged, so it was not a problem with the packaging but, rather, with the handling by the courier. I probably had to ask about the height from which the courier's handlers throw the goods and evaluate the situation. But it seems that at Muziker the client is always to blame. Sad! Muziker is a typical company from a former communist space, with rules that do not concern the client's interest and that do not respect their commitments. I do not recommend!

I always have a good experience in this shop. The staff are super friendly! Overall the amount of stock on site is quite limited so you can't really demo much gear. However, I'm from London where the music shops are much bigger so have lots of gear on display! That's the only 'issue' I would say with this shop. Overall I'm very happy with Muziker as you can just order your stuff online and get it delivered to the store for local pick-up. A great store with great service...
