The laddies behind the counter don’t have the proper knowledge. They told me they don’t have a fax number!!! Really? And how my insurance ask for that number in order to send all the information and FMLA request. Is concerning the health knowledge in Muscatine.

Aboslute joke been trying to get appointment since last november and still can't be seen every Dr they give me leaves before I can be seen this place needs shut TF down and a real Dr office needs to be opened in this town

My first visit went smoothly. I entered the express visit and I was in to see the doctor in much less time than what was estimated. Staff was quick and respectful.

I am a patient of Lynnette Rice and I got sick and needed a same day appointment. The receptionist said none of the doctor's had an opening until next week. I don't understand the point of setting up a primary car doctor if you have to wait a week to see them. So I went to express care where the wait online said 0 people waiting until I got there and it is actually an hour wait. I will be finding a new primary care physician not with unity point.
