Repeatedly called and finally after standing at the door they answered the phone. After taking medical card and paying a copay and saying I was here following my primary dr request to go to express care for covid symptoms I was seen by dr who ordered covid test. Noone at desk said that dr robert wood did not except my insurance which is accepted at unity. Found this out after receiving a bill for office visit. Plus collecting a copay for covid testing is illegal !

Great staff! The care providers listened to my issues and treated me like I was equal. It felt good to know they wanted to hear about my situation and provide the appropriate care and advice for ways to prevent my breathing issues from flaring up.

They state they are open at 9 on Sundays & appointments are recommended for Covid testing & care. Problem is, they won't answer their phone. Zero stars for customer service.

The staff is always wonderful from the front right To being treated By the physicians nurses!! I have read reviews that complain of having to wait extensive time or not being able to be seen It is totally unfair Reviews!! Yes there are times they are unable to get you in as quickly as you like that is because this place is often packed because it is so wonderful people choose to come here over any other place they do their best to get you in I choose this place 1st always!! I recently had to go and it was packed The staff remained very friendly and got people in as quickly as possible. If you call an hour before time to close and they cannot take you it is not their fault they have so many patients who rely on them and if it were possible for them to fit you in they would do it! I have gone in there right before closing and I was fortunate that it wasn't packed if it had been I would understand that because it is such a wonderful place People choose to come here because of that and as a result You may have to wait extra time and possibly not be able to be seen that day depending on when you tried to go!!!
