Welcoming and cooperative staff.
Very helpful staff at their local Multan office. I feel it’s impirtant to mention the name of Sayeda Faiza Hashim who waited for me other than normal office hours so I could go and buy tickets. Her after sale service is also appreciable. I never expected this kind of customer service in Pakistan.
