We wouldn't leave Ernie anywhere else. Ernie is a very bouncy collie with tons of energy, and always comes home exhausted! The staff here are very patient with Ernie, who's not always an easy boy to work with. Ernie loves being here and the last time I dropped him off he was super excited to see his pal, Rory. Thanks Ian for having a great place for Ernie to go to, and thanks for your patience with him! He loves coming to you guys! Thanks again!
I have no idea how you guys do business, Ive texted, facebook messaged, called both your landline and mobile number and left messages several times over a period of a week. I had 1 reply to a text about availibility and when I asked to arrange a visit I got nothing back. If you only do business with regulars or something like that let others know please so we dont waste our time trying to contact you :(
My dogs have been going to Muiravonside around four times a year for as long as Ian and Graham have been there. They are lovely, kind and caring people as are all of their kennel staff. They look after my dogs extremely well and I have absolutely no concerns about leaving my dogs in their care. I have also used doggy day care and both dogs just loved it. The kennels are so good that you need to book well in advance during peak holiday times so we tend to check availability before we book our own break. My dogs were in last week and I was impressed that the staff noticed one of my dogs had like lost a wee bit of weight and mentioned it too me at collection time just in case I hadn't noticed. I wouldn't leave my dogs anywhere else.
