DO NOT use this company if you want your trash picked up in timely manner or picked up at all. My business had a mountain of trash due to the busy holidays and these people didn't get the trash out if my dumpsters for TWO WEEKS. Horrible work ethic and horribly run company.

I rented a dumpster for a project at home. We agreed to a two week window on the rental. I called to schedule the pick up on the last day of the 14-day rental and they agreed on the date... hung up... and sent someone to pick up the dumpster that same day. Mega shorted me by 3 days that I needed and kept all my money. When I asked for a partial refund... they said the 14 days was a courtesy that they gave me and that most people are done in 2 days and I'm lucky I got to keep it for 11 days. The breached our agreement... they wont refund me any money for the 3 days they shorted me... and to make matters worse... they HAND ENTERED my credit card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION for an overweight surcharge to which they have not given me any proof of weight. Be careful with this company. they are SCAMMERS... UNETHICAL and breaking the credit card security laws by charging cards without authorization. Oh and I left two messages for the sales man's manager to call me back and I heard NOTHING. Seems the big bosses are as inept and crooked as the lower employees.

Drivers need to learn how to drive, pulling out into oncoming traffic and only looking one way. The driver missed the back end of my car by an inch this morning.
