Arranged for Mr Pest Control to inspect my parent’s home near Barrie (I live out of the country) as they were having issues with mice. Excellent, timely service and my parents were very pleased with the outcome - no more mice! Greatly appreciate the peace of mind knowing the job got done right. Amazing customer service! They stayed in touch with us and kept us posted as the weather cleared for them to be able to use ladders along our roof line and remove spring critters from our new home. Highly recommend these guys!
I've used Mr. Pest Control for many years, annual inspections, helped us get rid of the nasty yellow jackets, and carpenter ants. Pete is always very kind, courteous, professional, competitive rates, and always spot on. He's a pleasure to know and do business with. I wouldn't go anywhere else for our needs. Call Pete!!
I would NOT recommend using Mr Pest Control. I had to initiate communication. Pete finally showed up one morning with no notice. I used this company to have squirrels removed from my attic. I was told the quote included the removal of the squirrels, pest proofing of vents and the repair of my facia. To me, repair means the facia board will look like it did before the wildlife got in. To Pete and the Mr Pest Control company it means leaving a hole in the facia with wire mesh covering it leaving the attic of my home exposed to the rain and snow. They did not complete the work they promised and I paid for.
Had these adorable but noisey and not very sanitary critters make a nest in our attic, called Mr and Mrs Pest Control and they did a fantastic job removing and relocating this little family, it was a pleasure to deal with Peter and Christine, very professional and punctual with appointments
