I'm giving 5 's because of what I observed. An acquaintance asked to be taken to Mr. PC for phone repair. The owner and staff exhibited great customer service. They were very down to earth and professional. I'd certainly remember and recommend the Sandhills location just from that experience!

I've had several iPhone screens replaced over the years and they have been fast with great quality every time. Today I needed a repair on a work device. I was directed to a national electronics store for help. They made me make a second appointment and were certain it would take 3 or more days. Mr. PC was less than an hour as always. Never disappoints. Thanks y'all.
This us the second time I have used Mr PC to service my computer. Professional and courteous service both times with no hassle. Needed more speed in my computer and they made it happen and I am super satisfied. I booted it and I tested before I left and received a \let me know if you have any problems.\ Give them a try if you need the services they provide.
Today was the second time I've needed their services to repair my laptop. Very professional and efficient. I will continue to rely on them in the future. I strongly suggest you ignore the negative reviews complaining of poor service as they are extremely professional and courteous. Ken Nicholson
