The staff are so friendly and very very helpful, the quality of the MOVE DANCE gear is SO VERY SOFT & AMAZING QUALITY everyone go check them out they have everything from socks to full outfits. My daughter loves their leotards for comfort and quality. They wash and dry and come out like new. I am a very happy customer and will be going back for more items soon. Thank you Move Dance xx

We bought a lovely pair of dance shoes from here. Unfortunately they were too small so we had to return and order the next size up. It's always hard to know the correct size with dance shoes. Great customer service and they also refunded our shipping costs. We appreciated the prompt response to our email queries from Andy in customer services. Would definitely buy again!
Fantastic service and really friendly kind staff. Had issues with sizing for dance shoes and Thelise R (customer services) actually tried the shoes on herself, to then let me know by email, that they were definitely bigger fitting in order to choose my correct size online. Emails were replied to very quickly too. Absolutely top rated customer service. Recommend 100%. Shoes are beautiful quality too. Can't wait to shop there again. Thanks again Since writing my last review for this company, I'm currently STILL WAITING FOR TWO REFUNDS!! Emails are not being replied to either, after I've made the purchases. Extremely disappointing to say the least. Be 110% sure of your size before ordering because you may not get a refund for any returns! I understand it's a very busy time, but a reply to my email to acknowledge my refunds are being processed would be appreciated. Please respond to my emails and issue me with my refunds!!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Marine today to sort out a problem with the wrong shoe size received because they were in the wrong box. She spent considerable time in discussions with the warehouse to try to find the correct size. She telephoned twice to update me, emailed with special instructions for return, but only when I felt safe to do so, and arranged the despatch of a new pair of shoes today. I very much appreciate the time and trouble she took to resolve the problem. Thank you Marina for your gold star service.
