Highly reccommend, I found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. The service and repairs carried out on our caravan were straight forward and very reasonably priced. Darren came to my home to carry out the service which made things much easier for myself from start to finish. Ill certainly be using them again in the future.

Well don’t touch these people with a barge pole stay away . They are now claiming they are insolvent after they just sold my disabled sisters caravan . You won’t get a reply so don’t bother . Merry Christmas to you too .

If you like having to make phone call after phone call & receiving no callback, sending text messages and getting no response, chasing your money for weeks when they sell your caravan, getting excuse after excuse as to why you haven't been paid & finally being paid the incorrect amount and having to collect the outstanding balance in person then these guys are just what you've always wanted! If you like efficiency and professionalism then avoid at all costs. Gave them the caravan May 1st, sold on August 14th, incorrect payment received 11th Sept & final payment collected by hand 18th Sept. On the plus side I saved 10 a week storage fees

I had a habitation check done and made a follow up appointment to fit and service some parts for me at price of 250 so very good. But darron never turned up,so I rang several times just to make sure I'd got the right date. I've sent him text messages I've rang the shop several times and the man rang me to say he's spoken to him and will be ringing me up. This has been going on for 2 weeks no calls nothing. It's disgusting that someone that runs a business never returns calls or text it takes 2 mins. I always recommend this company but not any more someone asked me the other day I told them if you want to be let down then go with them. He was meant to be coming b4 I went away to a club meet I couldn't go as I had no gas working on my fridge so spoilt my trip.

I have reported this company to the Trading Standards as the caravan they sold me was and is unfit for purpose. The add said the caravan had been fully serviced and had a 3 month warrantee. After repeated attempts to get the various faults resolved I employed a recognised caravan service engineer to check over the caravan and found numerous major faults ie Fridge not working on mains or 12v supply , flat battery new one required , no water pump, no greasing of corner steadiers , brakes needed adjusting ,toilet flush needed new pump, etc etc. I have written two letters to the company and all have been ignored . My advice is to stay clear of any dealings with this company.
