Really nice guys, they don't just leave it on your doorstep but will drag it the length of your garden and up and down steps. He even helped me unpack the bags into the wood store. I can't rate them highly enough.
It was delivered speedily and placed in my garage as requested . The quality of the wood is excellent and burns very well. I will certainly use you again.
The guys who delivered the logs were very helpful. Not only did they insist that they would move all the bins out of the way, they took the sack barrow all the way to the back of the house and stacked it under the undercroft. They then replaced all the bins.
This is my second order with Moss Valley Firewood and I am very impressed! Easy to order, excellent quality and super fast delivery (we do live very close though) I ordered Sunday morning, received a confirmation e mail within five minutes and our 2 x barrow bags of kiln dried birch were delivered the very next day!! Great quality logs burning cleanly. Guys delivering offered to barrow through to back garden but it gave me something to do! Really friendly guys. Thankyou. Will definitely be ordering again!!
