I started using Border Biomass Fuels since moving here in May. They are an excellent company. They are helpful and polite and courteous. Actually when I had a hire van to empty, they not only stacked the logs for me but then carried beds and mattresses out and into my house and took them into the bedroom for me. I mean that’s going the extra mile. Lovely people. A real pleasure doing business with them. I know more about fuel efficiency and the best way to keep the fire going than I’ve ever known in the past. Thanks to Border Biomass Fuels. Mrs L R Turner

We run a holiday let business in East Lothian , so know about customer service & the importance of good reviews. In my experience these people are second to none & give fantastic service . Ordered kiln dried logs on Wednesday, delivered on Friday. Excellent service, logs a size I can handle but the ultimate was to have them stacked in the log store. Too many to fit in so delightful lady suggested stacking them under the eaves, all beautifully done. All this in pouring rain, just amazingly professional service, thank you.
