I was trying to use a local business to purchase an outdoor building. Was given one price when I arrived for a particular building. When I sat down to write the check to purchase, the price was increased by 735 more than was quoted. No apology, just....nope this is the price. I asked if they could give me discount for paying cash (and because they increased the price in a matter of 20 minutes) and was told no, they don't do that. Don't count on the price you are given to be the price you pay when you actually sit in the office.

We really enjoy the carport and storage building we purchased from Mrs. Pat. The building and carport we ordered came in exactly as we ordered it and sooner than was expected. The delivery crew also furnished all the concrete blocks and anchors needed to level and anchor building. A very nice family to do business with.
After speaking to woman on the phone that told me her crew could come look at my yard to determine what size building i could fit, she said that the crew could be at my house in an hour in which i told her i would call her right back to make sure my wife was available to show them- after 5 mins went by i called them back to confirm and she told me they had better things to do than to come look at my site and had already told her crew to move on to the next job- price was not worth dealing with these people and i will never go back. Woman that was representing them was very rude and did not seem to care whether i purchased from them or not- there are more companies that sell these portable buildings and will match any price around so dealing with these people is just not worth it to me--very dissatisfied---After talking to owner which was who i originally talked to - she assumed i was trying to get her to come look at the site and me buy a building from some one else- she appologized and our business will continue
This company has been in business for years and is a member at the better business bureau they thrive on satisfaction and they have repeat customers I would recommend MossBluff portable buildings to anyone
