Caring, friendly professionals. Separate play area for kids and a separate area for contagious people. They provide reminder phone calls as well. Ok the first two are actually unity point. Don’t know why google guides won’t let you post it but I had to sneak it in.

I WAS TOLD SINCE I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY FOR EXPENSIVE TESTING I DONT NEED, SUCH AS COLAN TEST MAMMOGRAM ETC.. THAT I DIDNT GO THERE FOR. Dr. Siwak said shes removing herself as my primary care dr. And GO TO URGENT CARE FOR BUG BITES. WHEN INDEED THE MAIN REASON I WAS THERE WAS RAYNAUDS DISEASE. FINGER TURNED BLACK OVER THE WEEKEND. Money grabbers for unnecessary testing..then later when I got home got text from walmart for blood pressure meds with no follow up appt. Just kicked to curb..

I get the best care every time I visit for any type of check up.they are truly amazing! Ex: When I hurt my wrist they did everything to help me.

I usually don't have an issue. The wait is excessive sometimes but i love dr dobbins/brandt. They no longer accept walk-ins which is super inconvenient but that’s the biggest downside.

Although I think my doctor is wonderful, I am calling it quits with this clinic. The front desk personnel are rude and extremely condescending when answering simple questions. Upon checking out, the rude one that checked me in made a smart aleck comment about me to the person she was checking in just because I asked a question of the check out clerk. When I called her on it she lied and said she was addressing the other person. I know what I heard and SHE knew I heard what she said. And if this is they type of people UnityPoint Clinic wishes to employ, then they have lost a patient.
