Good communication in both English and French, fast service. Showed up when I needed them...you get what you pay for ...service!!
Nice good service in french. Didn't try English. The electrician that came, fixed the problem pretty fast (changing a bad breaker), although he gave me some bad advises about the water heater (he said that one of the elements didn't get electricity from the thermostat, and that I had to call the plumber again). Later the plumber told me he was wrong. I paid 201 for the visit (includes tax and breaker), seems to me its pretty expensive.

Service et équipe au top! J'ai eu à faire à 4 reprises avec Ozen pour différents travaux, les 2 électriciens que j'ai eu étaient très sympathiques et compétents et ont tout expliqué durant le processus. Les prix sont plus que raisonnable par rapport à la qualité du service reçu! Je continuerai sans hésiter à faire appel à eux: en tout point une équipe de confiance.
