Fixed all my problems.
First of all they had a change of staff and paperwork was not transfer properly because when they showed up for the service we needed they did not have all the price needed to set up our system now it's been a 2 week since the service guy was here without all the pieces needed to install our system . Today is the day they are scheduled to show up and we even got a confirmation call to tell us between 9 -930 no one here it's 945 we call the companies they tell us no it's this afternoon .... What the **** happen between last night and this morning ????? No we found out the parts are still not in store for them to instal this system .... We have been trying to get this system on the go for over a month now it's ridicule I would not recommend them !!!!
