THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE, I tried to rent a Ubox and was told I could only use it for one day ?????? The manager was UNWILLING to help resolve the issue and I was told to like it or like it.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They helped me install my car on the tow dolly behind the truck since I was alone. However, check-in takes a lot of time even if you do everything online before you get there.
I came here and got nothing but terrible service, would recommend another U-Haul outlet.

The truck I needed was available and ready for pick up when I arrived. We were able to keep it an extra day. Called the 1-800 number and she was able to extend our use for the extra time we needed.
