Incredibly courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! They're great mechanics and their craftsmanship is amazing! They really know boats, from bow to stern - inside and out! Repairs, installation, electrical and design! I think I've said it all...because they do it all AND they stand behind what they do!

Was looking for some help to fix up my boat and came to this store. Unfortunately, this store is more setup for motors other than Johnson. The lady at the cash register was friendly and attentive and was able to give me some info on where to find what I needed elsewhere. Prices were slightly higher than I anticipated. Store isn't really set up for used equipment vs new equipment which is ok but for the prices I'd need used gear. The lady at the desk, Sarah, did email me back a couple of times to help me.

Picked up my boat after simple repair. Fuel flush and new spark plugs. Spark plugs barely finger tight and fuel leaking out around them. Called Carl who said “thanks for the info.” Offered a store credit when I pushed back. Seems to me that paying top dollar ought to get you a top quality job. I would not advise using them if you have a choice.

I would have given zero stars if it weren't for the polite and professional woman working behind the counter. I waited 3 weeks to have my boat looked at which wouldn't have bothered me so much if it were: 1.) Fixed correctly or 2.) Looked at right away when I brought it back. Instead, I was told by an unapologetic individual with the personality of a shoe that it wouldn't be looked at for a few days because it was too busy. No apology or \sorry for the inconvenience\.....nothing. They weren't too busy to take my money when I picked the boat up after the initial repair though. My boat was blowing the instrument panel and live well fuses when I brought it in for repairs. After I picked the boat up drove 2 hours to the ocean to fish the fuses blew 30 minutes into fishing leaving me with no GPS, Navigation lights, live well (with dead mackerel) or horn. Save your valuable time and money and bring your boat elsewhere.
