My experience at Key Auto Mall was excellent overall. The salesman, Rick Tucker, was very helpful, and was knowledgeable of the car that I was interested in, which was the 2021 Mazda CX-5. The trim I wanted wasn't on the lot (the Carbon Edition w/ red seats), so Mr. Tucker had one brought to Key from St. Louis. It certainly saved me from having to drive out of town to get it. I was able to buy the car I wanted, with the minimum effort on my part, and I believe, the price was a fair one. My new Mazda received a full tank of gas, and a complimentary free oil change for a later date, which I appreciate. I was hoping for a free set of all-weather floor mats, but maybe next time ;) If the time ever arises, I wouldn't hesitate to give my business to Key again. And if anyone wants an attentive and knowledgeable salesman, just ask for Rick Tucker. Sincerely, Russ
