Totally disappointed! We booked a floating wheelchair 10 days in advanced. They cancelled two days before and they don’t care if you have booked flights and hotels because they didn’t offer any solution. You should take into concideration the kind of equipment you are providing because it comes with a lot of trouble to the disabled people and their families when the bookings are cancelled!

I booked a shower/ toilet seat for my disabled son for our holiday to orlando this year, holiday was cancelled as in middle of lockdown, asked to move booking to next year and was told because I hadn't informed them we weren't travelling we would have to pay 30 to move booking, I said it was plainly obvious we wouldn't be travelling but the manager not interested and said I should have read small print seems to me that they are using current situation to profiteer from the most vulnerable in society. I have now booked with a more reputable company so avoid this company at all costs !!!!!
We had booked a holiday lodge in Norfolk for family and parents, but my Dad could not take larger mobility equipment with him. This company was a great solution, the hoist arrived before we got there and there was no need to find space to take it in the car. Made things much easier!
I hired a hoist and shower commode for our holiday. It was delivered in a timely manner to our cottage in Wales. Will be using this company again in the future.
Went above and beyond to make sure I received the equipment on time. Our family was able to enjoy the vacation. Will be returning next year as a customer.
