Kind hearts and brilliant minds at this office! Dr Johnson is careful and attentive with his patients: always taking into account my life and circumstances as a whole- he takes great notes and is thoughtful about my past history as well as any other specialists I’m seeing. Erica Robles likewise is very patient and thorough with the whole family- especially my kids! She was careful to explain everything and answer every question with excellence when we asked. Referrals are smooth and the atmosphere is clean and safe. The front desk staff always answers the phone and efficiently schedules what we need. They also have an app to order refills (if you choose to use it) which makes life much easier for me. The list goes on and on! I highly recommend this medical office.

The ladies at the front desk are always super rude to me. They never answer my questions. It took 5 phone calls for them to get me my results from the Covid test and they did not even bother to call me when the results were in. The results were out for 2 DAYS before I called to ask about them. Not to mention that I left a voicemail with a nurse assistant about a separate question and they never returned my call. They only get a star because the Nurse Practitioner that I see is nice to me. Otherwise, through their actions it has become very clear to me that this facility only cares about the money and has no concern for their patients whatsoever... and they are giving me false Information on my referrals.

They don’t call me back to fix their referral error after multiple phone calls, refused to do a physical exam on my infant son for all checkups, refused to weigh him, physician didn’t know the simplest questions and was blatantly obviously googling answers to my questions, and didn’t even know which shots my son would be getting. Nurses are rude, billing is lazy and incompetent, and the lack of pediatric knowledge is asinine. 1 star is still too many.

I wish every doctors office was as good as this one. I don't wait in the waiting room for hours and by far Dr Johnson is the best doctor I have ever had. He explains in detail, is conservative and willing to listen.
