What an unexpected welcoming environment! My wife and I stumbled on this place from out of town and gave it a shot. Glad we did. Sure, the food is good, but I'll return because of the excellent hospitality from Will and his team.

I have been to Mission BBQ many times, but today, I truly had a great experience at the Troy, Michigan location! I called yesterday and spoke with Sam who answered some questions about what I was going to be ordering this evening. I called in my order, and when picking up, Sam had great knowledge, was so polite and gave service with a lovely smile! The objective that Mission BBQ holds is near and dear to my heart, and I will continue to support an organization that supports our active military and veterans.
Love this place, fantastic BBQ and very nice decorated. Love the sources, specifically the Smoky Mountain and the Tupelo Honey HT! Cashier was very kind and helpful.
BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Can not express how immensely impressed I am with how heather the gm runs her restaurant. Came from Muskegon and returned because of how nice all the staff are. Super friendly, patient, and awesome food! The way she goes above and beyond for vets is commendable. I truly believe this establishment deserves recognition! Good job guys!! Keep up the excellent customer service!!!
