I worked on designing a custom piece of heirloom jewelry. Super responsive and willing to work within my design requirements. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail. This will not be my last piece from here.

Michael has been designing jewelry for me for over 20 years. I absolutely love everything that he has done for me. I treasure these pieces! He is so very talented and thoughtful with his designs and craftsmanship. I have given his custom jewelry to my daughter, nieces, mother, and mother-in-law. My niece's engagement ring was designed by Michael and it is gorgeous!

Great prices and personal service. We went to Michael when my son wanted to get engaged. He found us the perfect diamond at a price lower than any other store in the area. He made a custom setting and wedding band and they are very pleased. When the ring needed a sizing adjustment he mailed it back insured mail overnight at no charge. Mishas staff are very professional and pay attention to every detail. I highly recommend.

I had Misha make two bracelets for me, using some old unwanted jewelry. As noted in another review on this site, their sales service is outstanding. However, once the sale is done, it is obvious that they don't care as much to help you, which is really unfortunate, as great customer service is what keeps customers coming back. Which I will not be. Nor will I tell anyone anything good about them because, frankly, they haven't done the footwork to fully commit me to their service. I called today to find out why I only received an appraisal on one only one of the bracelets, which was white gold and black & white pave diamonds. I called a week ago Monday to find out why I didn't get an appraisal for the yellow gold bracelet and was told someone would call me back, which they didn't. I called again today and was told it was because the gold one wasn't worth it....?!? What kind of thing is that to say to a client? At the very least, I need it for insurance purposes. And I needed to drop it off and they would do it while I wait. Misha also told me that when I come to pick up the bracelets he would clean my wedding and engagement rings, a nice touch, I thought. However, they forgot to offer it to me, so when I came back to have the bracelets made tighter, I asked about it. Misha made sure I knew, in no uncertain terms, that he would clean them, but not my right hand diamond ring. I don't think he understands how he comes off, especially in his facial expressions, like he's judging me and if I'm worth his time. Which, I guess, I am not...and on to the next sale. I'd like to feel like a valued client, even if I don't spend beaucoup bucks at this point, but that doesn't mean I won't in the future. And what does that matter? I may know people who do.
