Make sure you have a full tank of gas before attempting to get into Nautica. You will run out of gas before getting to the gate. If you don't have Florida plates because Nautica is your second residence, they will not issue you decals. I make sure to leave my dogs with at least a three days supply of food in case 5 or more cars are at the gate. You will be in line for at least 15 minutes; the call box gate is usually broken. They should focus on the actual safety of their residence by preventing the absurd speeding on 37th Street than attempting to restrict access to an average community.

The worst community ever. I’ve been living here for over 15 years and let me tell you the manager of the association the most unprofessional person. Aside from that her rules for the association are absurd. Since COVID this is the only community in west Miramar that actually hires a security guard to guard the pool and provided them with a list full of names of everyone who lives in this community. I try to come with my guest to the pool and I was told I can’t even bring my own guest to the pool. This is ridiculous but at the same time I’m not even surprise with all the rules the continue to have in this association. Be careful how you park your car because you will get towed. They don’t care about you.
Super safe area, good school, office staff super nice.
La puerta siempre está dañada. No me gusta!
