Fast and relatively cheap service, BUT our whole bag of clothes stinks of dirty socks and they didn’t give back the mesh laundry bag we put the clothes in. We’re leaving tomorrow at 5am so there’s no way to retrieve it, I’m not happy at all.

Fast, friendly service, but the cleaning didn't seem very deep. I handed in my pants with an obvious food grease stain, and they came back with it.
Deje mi ropa para llevármelo limpia y planchada de viaje. Decían que abría a las 9. Son las 9:30 y no llega nadie. Perdí la ropa. Gracias por nada UPDATE: llegó la señora a la 9:42. No perdí la ropa y me atendieron súper cordial. Ojo: tomar previsiones con el tema de la hora y horario de atención.

Te dicen para recoger un día y hora. Después uno va y no está lista la ropa, diciendo que ellos no dijeron eso, que regrese al dia siguiente a primera hora. Falso! Porque atienden a partir de las 10am y encima llegan tarde. Nunca más, por ese precio me voy a otra
Pequeño, pero puntual, y atienden rápido. Te sacan del apuro, porque abren hasta tarde.
Te dicen que está S/4 soles el kilo, y luego de que mandaste a lavar las cosas te dicen que era S/4 a partir de los 3 kilos. Eso no lo informaron al inicio. Encima toda la ropa negra regresó desteñida y no quitaron la evidente mancha que tenía un pantalón.
