I called three hours before closing on Saturday afternoon about the Mini Cooper I wanted. By the time I traveled a hour to get there, Javier Orton had the car detailed, gas tank filled and parked waiting for my test drive. He was efficient and very organized. Simone Seller stepped in to walk me through all the paperwork with a detailed description for each page I was signing. Sam Rodriguez made sure I was happy with the car and purchase. All three of them worked AFTER HOURS to get my purchase completed. They deserve more than just 5-stars.

Matt, Eddie and all of the staff at MINI of Tucson are great! I have had very positive experiences getting my 2007 Cooper S serviced at MINI of Tucson over the past year, and when it came time to get a new car, I didn't even consider getting a different make. Eddie helped with the ordering process and even suggested options I didn't know were possible (blacked-out badges!) and Matt assisted me with the rest of the process, providing build updates, etc. When it came time to take delivery, Matt was super accommodating and the process went very smoothly, and we had a lot of fun. I highly recommend getting your new MINI at MINI of Tucson!
We took delivery today on a 2021 Mini Cooper S convertible. From the welcome from Tony Avila and his shepherding us through the process step by step, to the back up by Sam Rodriguez, these guys were terrific. Tony made sure we had all the information we needed and he was meticulous about getting all our details from us. Sam did the calculations, and they showed us the various options for purchasing. After a test drive, with Tony as co-pilot, my wife was sold on this particular vehicle. If you're in the market for a Mini, we recommend Mini of Tucson, Tony and Sam. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great experience at Mini of Tucson! Antonio and Sam bent over backwards to help us and answer all our questions. They were quick and efficient. We have had 6 Mini's now, 5 purchased at other dealerships in other states and Mini of Tucson is clearly the best we have ever dealt with!! We highly recommend them!
Customer service is top priority! The most appreciated quality at MINI of Tucson was NO uncomfortable "pressure" to make a purchase. I was able to consider my options and make my decision to buy or not to buy.

Ashton and Antonio provided a low key and easy buying experience when purchasing our slightly used Mini. The car was nicely detailed at pickup, and Antonio gave me a thorough explanation of features and options. Pricing was fair and the process was completely clear.
