Review for purchase of Fiat 500 Riva:- Not only was l lucky enough to find a Fiat 500 twinair Riva ( one owner, full service history and very low mileage ) that l had been looking for over a year, l was lucky enough to find it at the Blue Anchor Garage and even more luck to be dealing with Dan , from the very first email to talking on the phone though to the organisation of delivery ( Excellent firm of ProAM, very carefully, polite and punctual James the delivery driver ) to the phone call from Dan just after delivery. At all times l felt that we were treated with respect, all questions were answered truthfully ( as it more than turned out ) putting are minds at ease, on the phone it was in the end like phoning a friend. The Riva was delivered, after being M.O.T'd and valeted (Tad extra for these Covid times ) two within 10 minutes of delivery time ( James had been to are local car wash , to clean off any of the dust from the trip ) and turned out to be everything l expected and some, I would happily buy another car from Dan and his team at the Blue Anchor Garage. And would be happy and indeed will recommend them.

We had the misfortune to have our drivers door mirror smashed whilst VW Touareg was parked. Not just the glass but the body as well. Making our way back to our caravan we came across Blue Anchor Bay garage and stopped to see if they could help. I have to say that it is rare to receive such good customer service these days. They worked on the mirror for about an hour and were able to cobble together some parts to give me a functioning mirror so that I could go on my way. They also ordered parts for the next day but with no obligation to return. I did return the next day and the parts duly arrived and were immediately fitted. The invoice was for the parts only and the previous days labour was free because I needed help. I would like to thank you for your help and for going the extra mile. Thank You.

Recently purchased a car from the Blue Anchor garage and I'm so pleased. A great well maintained car. Easy, comfortable and responsive drive made effortless by the electronic power assisted steering. Dan and the guys were helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable at every stage of the purchase. They kept me informed when a technical popped up and it was soon fixed.
