I tried to post an honest review on Michael's website & due to it being a negative review, they advised me it would not be published. I posted that their prices were too high & you can buy the same exact product at Walmart for 5.00 less. I wanted to post this so people would know they have an option.

6 out of 5 stars! In other words, EXCELLENT! This is the place to go, especially for professional framing. Richard took care of several pieces for us, including some investment art, and did a superlative job!! Thank you Richard and team Michaels Milton!
Friendly staff, greeted right away when walking into store. Small store but had everything I was looking for. Offering curb side pick up and in store shopping. Currently Valentine’s Day stuff is discounted 60%
They have a very good selection if kids arts and craft kits and easels on sale. Sketchbooks and water colours. The lines are moving fast this Christmas season, and the staff are helpful if needed. The store was pretty busy Monday evening, to be expected before Christmas
It’s a nice store with good collections but somehow what I realized that they don’t have more varieties if compared with other stores in Mississauga or Toronto. Also, at times, they are out of stock. There are ample free parking available in front of the store. They are also following COVID-19 protocols.
Great place for arts and crafts. And PAINT SUPPLIES. Altho they might need help at cash since the line was very long.
Very friendly staff and nice service! Very organized however I went there to buy re fill for my organizer they were sold out. They didn’t have much left in the organizer section at all actually \u200d️they still get a 4 star if they had what I wanted they would get a 5.
Great store and employees are kind and helpful. They definitely need a larger ribbon section
