The work is quality once they show up. Key problems: Quote was poorly done and vague and key information was not detailed resulting in not exactly what we wanted. Also, verbal commitments were not met, so be sure to put every detail in the contract. Lastly when discussing issues they were very defensive and would not honour numerous discussions because it was not int he contract.
