We jumped in in a very quiet moment just to have a look at a few models and their internals. The sales clerk was very nice and supported us throughout the visit.

I arrived on Monday 7:30 am with my 6-series and serious electrical problems at this dealer. (The Car stopped several times in the night before on highway. Empty battery, malfunctions, no light at night! And there were still 400km to come home). Completly rude staff; told me I should leave and return at 10:00. They didnt care I could get stuck in the morning traffic jam. They even didnt let me leave the car there. As less they did want to check the error-message-log or even charge the battery! I should leave \They have clients\ (while there was never more than one single client every full hour while 3 employes were present - not busy at all) After more than 2 hours of waiting (outside in the cold entry-hall), without any help and they become even more rude - I left and luckely reached help on a free workshop. This behavaior is inacceptable - No trace of premium service and...I was with a 150K car there! My local companion was also surprised about this rudness. I will report this case to BMW Munich. Never ever again! After the comentary of the owner add: No entry was offered and rude means the language, intonation, face expression and ignoring people. The reaction on my rating shows, that this company doesnt know how to handle critics in a professional way nor add any value or learnings in it...just to obscure the facts.

Chiamo per sapere quanto è il loro listino orario , mi dicono di passare per registrarmi e prendere un appuntamento . Mi ritaglio il tempo, ci vado personalmente. Sono 98 euro ora.. ok ricevuto. Ho bisogno di attaccare la diagnosi ”è il del sensore presenza passeggero sotto il sedile ( già lo só..)” .. chiedono 2 ORE per fare fare il check .. gli dico 2 oree? Beh un ora è per formulare il preventivo.. 200 euro che se faccio il lavoro non includono ... potevi dirmelo al telefono ciao

desidero ringraziare pubblicamente il personale di accettazione e del servizio tecnico tagliandi di Autonova Mi per la comprensione e la velocità di esecuzione del tagliando alla mia auto di Arval. Sono venuto in officina con molto ritardo a causa di condizioni meteo pessime e da subito hanno preso in carico l'auto per ridarmela in un tempo minore di quanto ci ho messo per arrivare da Bergamo (2h). Personale (Tutti SUPER) per la comprensione del mio ritardo e la gentilezza che mi hanno riservato. GRAZIE a TUTTI. Silvio Venegoni
