I’m all up for supporting businesses but Mikes's Outdoor Power disappointed me. I was given a reasonable estimate but my bill wasn’t anything near it. My tractor “required” some parts for a snowblower to complete the installation but never was I notified, and they still went out of their way to install them without my approval/signature. The desk attendants were not helpful whatsoever, told me I was able to get my tractor back without the snowblower installed, and still charge me half of the price. I asked multiple times to speak to the owner or another representative to get this resolved but I “couldn’t” speak to him. After that, the desk attendant told me I had no other option but to pay the full amount. I asked for a copy of the bill and I have yet to receive one. Not to mention, they still have the tractor and key in their shop.

We purchased our Simplicity lawn mower from Mike's Outdoor Power and had a great experience! When I initially called, I spoke with Mike. Mike was easy to talk to and answered all my questions regarding the Simplicity brand, the different specs and I felt no pressure to purchase a lawn mower. I called back a second time with more questions and when I called I asked to speak with Mike, no issues with getting Mike back on the phone, the associate that answered the phone was friendly and said he would get Mike for me. Let's just say, I called back with a third call and still was able to get Mike and Mike had no issues answering my additional questions and helping me with the purchase of our new mower. The best past, Mike and his team had the lawn mower prepared and ready to go and we had our lawn mower delivered the next day (less than 24 hours). We look forward to working with Mike and his team for future outdoor power tool needs and having our mower serviced there. Mike was upfront with cost questions, delivery charges for future maintenance, the warranty on the machine and even prepared, filled out rebate paperwork for us, filled out envelope and registered the mower for us! Thank you to Mike and his team for ensuring we have a durable mower and great customer service! Appreciate the help and for answering all my questions.

worst service ever on our lawn mower, was there twice May& Nov. for the same problem , the belts falling off and steering not right , First time bill was over 800 and only worked for 12 lawn cuts , parts fell off that they removed and reinstalled to put belts on , then belts fell off again and they charged us 187 , not did don't even test drive it , The steering is off so bad you can't drive it ,,,DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE... RIP OFF...
