Honestly it breaks my heart to leave this review. We've been with these guys for over 23 years they've always been good. But of recent I had left messages for weeks with no call back and I was in absolute NEED of my agent. The insurance company couldn't and wouldn't help me. We needed to test drive a car. We only have liability so I needed to change 1 of our cars to full just to test drive. We had to have my elderly mother test-drive it with us in the car, not ideal at all. We didn't have 3 weeks to wait for a call back which I never received. I finally did get a hold of him 3 weeks after we bought the car when I made another call. We also had our son go to him and had the same \I'll take care of it\ response from Wayne..... He didn't! My sons stuff got sent to collections on a bill he paid cash for in Wayne's office. Read more reviews you'll see this has happened to others as well with this business. It was nice while it lasted. But we're moving to AIM agents up the street, she answers her phone during business hours and returns calls promptly. Aha she also makes it so we CAN talk to Safeco. Still can't figure out how Wayne made so we can't talk to the company and only gave us the ability to talk to our agent, how ironic! He doesn't answer or return calls and doesn't allow you to talk to the freaking company without his knowledge!

I called texted and went by the office and got no response. Very poor customer service. I had to switch companies to finally be able to get the service I needed. I would give them no stars if that was an option.

Wayne was always super nice the entire 5 years my husband and I worked with him, and then we had him switch our insurance company so we could have cheaper insurance. We ended up getting a bill from the old insurance and called Wayne and he said he take care of it. Well, he didn’t it ended up going to collections. Then the current insurance we had with him charged me twice and ended up refunding me, and then they ended up billing me again! I said enough is enough and found my own insurance which was HALF THE PRICE! We then received a 3rd bill for the insurance with Wayne that said we still owe money. I called him he said he’d take care of it because on his end it shows we are good to go. Last week we got ANOTHER bill. We have called every day and he has never answered! So now I’m going to end up having to pay money I have already paid unless I want it to go to collections. This is rediculous. Because of this I would not recommend this company.
